Returns
All full-price items, excluding goggle lenses, are eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds for goggle lenses; however, store credits are available for these items.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which allows you to request a return for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your item. This timeframe ensures that products are returned without any damages or signs of wear.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition as when received.
- The product(s) must be in all original casing and packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at Admin@rossigear.com.au with the following information:
- Name
- Contact number
- Order number
- Reason for return
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Request Form along with instructions on how to return your product(s). Please do not send products back without first requesting a return, as these will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products and are not responsible for lost items. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit (e.g., in a cardboard box or with bubble wrap). The Return Request Form must be included in the package.
Important: All online purchases from rossigear.com.au must be returned directly through our online store. Items purchased from rossigear.com.au cannot be returned to any retailer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s), we will notify you of the approval status of your refund or store credit. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Store credits will be sent via email.
Conditions for Returned Products:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in original casing and packaging, undamaged, with protective film still on the lens.
- Products must be unused.
If returned products are found to be in poor condition upon inspection (e.g., wear or sweat marks, scratches, or other damage), the refund or store credit approval will be voided. In this case, the customer is responsible for the postage costs to send the items back to them.
Rossi Gear does not cover lens scratches, general wear and tear, mishandling, or abuse of products.
Exchanges
At Rossi Gear, we aim to provide an exceptional shopping experience. However, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind once an item has been shipped. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
We do offer exchanges in the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution per our warranty policy.
- Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will rectify the situation by shipping the correct item to you, along with return instructions for the incorrect item.
We highly recommend reviewing product descriptions, specifications, size charts (if applicable), and other relevant information on our website before purchasing to ensure the selected item meets your requirements and expectations.
