All Rossi Gear goggles are covered by a 12-month warranty, which protects against defects resulting from our production process. This warranty does not cover mishandling by the customer, general wear and tear, or any damage such as scratched lenses or marks.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required. Please provide an official receipt and/or order confirmation to proceed with the warranty service.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via email at Admin@rossigear.com.au with the details of your claim. We will respond within 48 hours with the next steps to fulfill your claim and arrange for a replacement set of goggles.
