Thank you for choosing Rossi Gear. Below are the terms and conditions that comprise our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are dispatched from Rossi Gear HQ in Adelaide, Australia. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In cases of high order volumes, there may be a slight delay in processing, extending shipment times by a few days.

Please note that additional transit time may be required for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in your order's shipment, we will contact you via email or phone. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods

All our shipments are handled exclusively by Australia Post. While we strive for efficient processing and dispatch, delivery times are ultimately subject to Australia Post's schedules and operational factors, which are beyond our control. Should any delays or issues arise, we are dedicated to promptly addressing any concerns or problems our valued customers may experience.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

Damages

Rossi Gear is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for the claims process.

Missing Parcels

Rossi Gear cannot assume responsibility for parcels reported as 'left in a safe place' by the courier at the sender’s request. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, you are committing to the sale and confirming that all entered information, including the shipping address, is correct. The buyer is responsible for any loss or theft resulting from incorrect shipment information.
